We’re a performance-driven digital agency working with some of the UK’s most exciting retail and ecommerce brands — from fast-growing DTC startups to established names. We combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to scale revenue through paid channels.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to take the lead across multiple client accounts, owning strategy, execution, and performance.

You’ll manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals and translate them into results through smart targeting, testing, and optimisation.

• Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other key channels
• Manage multiple ecommerce and retail client accounts with clear communication and transparency
• Report on campaign performance and present insights recommendations to clients
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align messaging and landing pages
• Identify testing opportunities and stay up to date with the latest platform trends
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted performance advisor

• 2+ years’ experience managing paid media campaigns (agency or in-house)
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads — TikTok or Pinterest is a bonus
• Proven results driving growth in ecommerce or retail businesses
• Confident managing budgets, analysing data, and reporting on KPIs like ROAS and CPA
• Clear communicator with strong client-facing experience
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• £45,000 salary
