PPC Contractor

Location: London (Hybrid / Remote within UK possible)

We are a performance-driven digital marketing team working with brands across e-commerce and B2B. To support upcoming growth projects, we’re seeking an experienced Paid Search Specialist on a contract basis to take ownership of PPC strategy and execution, ensuring measurable results within tight timeframes.

The Paid Search Specialist (Contract) will be responsible for setting up, optimising, and scaling paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. The role requires someone who can hit the ground running, work independently, and deliver performance improvements quickly.

• Audit existing paid search accounts and identify opportunities for immediate improvement.
• Build, launch, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis.
• Develop and test ad copy, landing page variants, and targeting strategies.
• Track and report on campaign performance against agreed KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate).
• Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring spend is optimised to meet targets.
• Share insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders to inform broader marketing decisions.

• 3+ years’ hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns (agency or in-house).
• Proven track record delivering ROI on campaigns with budgets of £10k+/month.
• Advanced skills in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics 4.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and act on insights.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Availability to start immediately or within short notice.

• Duration: 3–6 months (extension possible)
• Location: London-based (hybrid or fully remote within UK)
• Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week
• Day Rate / Fee: Competitive, dependent on experience (inside or outside IR35 to be agreed)
