The Role

We’re growing our team and looking for a Recruitment Consultant with 1+ year of agency experience. This is a warm desk with existing clients and active candidates — so you can hit the ground running while building your own market.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and nurturing relationships with clients in the digital & tech space
• Sourcing, engaging, and placing top digital, product, and tech talent
• Spotting and developing new business opportunities
• Running smooth, consultative recruitment processes that add value for everyone
• Collaborating with a close-knit team that loves what they do

What You’ll Bring

• 1 year+ recruitment agency experience (any sector – tech/digital a bonus)
• Strong communicator with a people-first approach
• Confidence managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Energy, personality, and ambition to grow in a high-performing team
• Drive, curiosity, and a sense of humour (non-negotiable )
