As a Recruitment Consultant at Tribal Digital, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth by sourcing, engaging, and placing the very best digital and tech professionals into exciting roles. This is a 360° recruitment position, offering plenty of autonomy, career progression, and the chance to become a trusted advisor within your specialist market.

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients across the digital, tech, and creative industries.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from client brief through to offer and placement.
• Actively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Writing engaging job adverts and marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
• Working towards personal and team targets with a focus on quality, not just numbers.
• Staying up to date with market trends and industry insights to provide consultative advice.

Essential skills & attributes:

• Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally within digital, technology, or creative sectors.
• Strong business development skills with the ability to win and grow client accounts.

• A team player with a collaborative approach.
