Basic Salary £75,000 OTE of £145,000 London city location.

About the Company

Our client is a market leading global GTM Search and recruitment firm specialising in finding world-class talent for some of the world’s most innovative companies. They perform searches for venture capital backed start-ups/scale ups, who are some of the fastest growing companies in the world. They support their clients in hiring the leaders and teams who will help them grow from their earliest stages to becoming multi-billion-dollar enterprises in rapid time. Their work with start-ups is cutting edge working with rapidly changing industries which are being disrupted by technological innovation. They have a large number of strategic accounts that provide £250,000 to £1M + Per annum. Currently 90% of work is done on a retained or subscription based model. Business development and delivery is split within the business and Client Partners are supported by the Growth team who are focussed on client origination and VC Partner development.

About the Role

You will be joining as a Client Partner focussed on building out and growing their delivery capability across key accounts. You will not be required to originate clients but will be required to work with the lead on accounts and senior management to manage client relations. You will work on the execution of projects, owning the delivery phase of the search process. You will be supported by associates in the business and have the ability to hire team of associates to support delivery. You will be focussed on leading a team hiring for predominantly senior sales and commercial roles

Candiate profile

You will be an experienced proactive recruitment professional with significant experience building Sales/GTM teams for VC backed start-ups.

Pay range and compensation package

Basic salary up to £75,000 depending on relevant experience. OTE of £145,000 .
