Are you an experienced interim recruiter looking to step into a high-performing, revenue-generating desk with immediate momentum?
We’re partnering with a highly successful, specialist recruitment business that is continuing to scale its interim offering within the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) market, with a clear focus on placing qualified finance professionals on an interim basis.
The Opportunity
- Take ownership of a warm interim desk with live mandates focused on qualified finance roles (e.g. Finance Managers, Financial Controllers, CFOs)
- Work with a mix of private equity–backed and enterprise clients, many with repeat hiring needs
- Join a high-performing interim division with strong delivery history and established workflows
- Partner closely with a top-performing permanent consultant, leveraging shared clients and cross-sell opportunities
- Step into a desk with active jobs from day one

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in interim recruitment, ideally within finance or TMT
- Track record of billing and managing multiple interim processes
- Strong understanding of the qualified finance market
- Commercial, driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, delivery-focused team
Package depending on experience and market fit
An indidual with strong relevant experice should expect to command a basic of £40,000 - £55,000
