What You’ll Do

  • Deliver on live roles whilst you build, expand and brand your specialist vertical, leveraging warm accounts alongside new business development
  • Work with some of the world’s most exciting VC-backed startups, AI founders, blockchain innovators, and high-growth SaaS scaleups
  • Partner closely with GTM recruiters and other verticals to cross-sell services and capitalise on in-place relationships
  • Take a true 360-role: BD, candidate ownership, and client delivery supported by a collaborative resourcing team
  • Develop your own team/vertical – full autonomy to hire and scale as you grow
  • Enjoy full transparency and no politics: bring your ideas, test new markets, and build with senior leadership support

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2–6+ years in technology/engineering/AI/blockchain/digital recruitment; 360 or senior delivery/research; proven personal billings
  • Ambition: Desire to build a business, own a vertical, and develop into team or practice leadership
  • Expertise: You may be niche (AI/blockchain/eng/digital/legal/marketing) or generalist tech but want to carve out your space
  • BD/Delivery Blend: Comfortable developing clients but also happy supporting delivery if needed—warmer sales and team-based selling is our approach
  • Mindset: Collaborative, mature, proactive, and sociable; you want real flexibility and to grow with people who care
  • Location: London hybrid (3 days/week) preferred, but flexibility for part-remote after proving yourself. Four and a half day week as standard.
