About the Role

As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance function through accurate administration, record management, and coordination of day-to-day financial processes. You will help ensure business operations run smoothly by maintaining systems, processing documentation, and providing excellent support to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Process supplier invoices and maintain accurate financial records, including coding and allocation.
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices and supporting documentation.
  • Manage shared mailboxes, responding to enquiries and directing requests appropriately.
  • Support recurring billing activities, payment runs, and credit control processes.
  • Complete reconciliations and maintain accurate audit trails across financial records.
  • Assist with document management, filing, scanning, and maintaining company card records.

About You

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused professional who enjoys working with processes, maintaining accuracy, and delivering excellent administrative support. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.

  • Previous experience in an administration or finance administration role.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and record keeping.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Confidence communicating with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, ownership, and continuous improvement.
