IT Support Engineer - Crewe - Windows, O365, Intune, Azure AD
TrinIT Talent are looking for an IT Support Engineer to come on board on a permanent basis based in Crewe, working 4 days a week on-site. This role is paying up to £35,000-£40,000 per annum Dependent on experience.
Job Description:-
You will provide high-quality end-user and VIP support across a busy Microsoft-centric environment, managing incidents through ServiceNow and ensuring timely resolution within SLA.
You will support Windows endpoints, Office 365, Azure AD (Entra ID), Intune, networking, security tooling and a wide range of business applications.
The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and the ability to work under pressure while collaborating closely with 1st and 2nd line teams and wider IT functions.

Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10/11)

Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager (device management, policies, compliance)

Azure AD/Entra ID administration (users, groups, access, SSO)

Conditional Access & MFA support (desirable)
-
Active Directory administration (on-prem & hybrid - groups, permissions, password resets)

Office 365 administration & Microsoft Teams support
-
Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications

Autopilot/device provisioning (desirable)

Imaging & deployment of desktops and laptops

Endpoint Manager & AD Group software deployments

Strong end-user & VIP support experience (phone, remote, email, face-to-face)

Experience working with ITSM systems (ServiceNow preferred)

Understanding and support of anti-virus products (MVision or similar)

Understanding of web gateway filtering solutions

VPN support & understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Ethernet)

Software installs and updates including O365, Office, AutoCAD, MVision AV and cloud applications

Microsoft Certifications (desired/advantageous)
