GCP Network Engineer - Leeds - GCP/Terraform/GitHub

TrinIT Talent are looking for a GCP Network Engineer to join on a 6-month contract based in Leeds with 3 days on site required. This role is Inside Scope of IR35 and is paying £450 per day.

We have 4 positions available in Leeds, with additional roles in Bristol and Edinburgh. Financial services experience is highly desirable.

Job Description:-
You will be part of an engineering team owning, managing and supporting enterprise-scale GCP networking environments, delivering infrastructure as code using Terraform and GitHub. This role requires strong hands-on experience managing GCP network resources in production environments.

Key skills:-

• Strong GCP Networking experience (enterprise scale)

• Google Cloud Router, DNS, HA VPN, Dedicated Interconnect

• VPC Peering, Firewalls, Cloud NAT, IAM, VPC Service Controls

• Private Service Connect & Private Service Access

• Google Load Balancer & Service Directory

• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/Terraform Cloud

• GitHub (CI/CD pipelines), DevOps tooling

• Experience with HashiCorp Vault, Jenkins or Harness

• Bash or Python Scripting desirable

• Experience managing incidents and enterprise connectivity issues

• Code review and life cycle ownership of networking solutions

You must have hands-on experience building, configuring and optimising GCP networking environments and managing them via Terraform and GitHub. Certifications are not essential if you have strong practical experience.
