ServiceNow Consultant - London/Remote - SC Cleared

TrinIT Talent are looking for a ServiceNow Consultant to come on board for a 6 month contract based in the London 2 days per week. This role falls Inside IR35 and is paying £400 per day.

Candidates must hold active SC Clearance

Job Description:-

The successful candidate will work closely with ITMS Process Architects, Customer stakeholders, Business Analysts, IT Support, and Technical Teams to ensure effective implementation and support of the ServiceNow platform. You'll play a key role in system design, development, integration, and documentation to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Skills:-

• Active SC Clearance

• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification

• Experience across multiple ServiceNow domains

• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change)

• Hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Service Portal, Scoped Applications

• Experience in HRSD, BCM, and TPRM modules

• Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain custom code (AJAX, Jelly, PERL)

• Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies
