Microsoft AI Adoption Lead - Remote First - Contract - Inside IR35

TrinIT Talent are looking for a Microsoft AI Adoption Lead to join our customer's team on an initial 3-month contract. This is a remote-first position with travel to customer sites as required to deliver workshops and stakeholder sessions.

This role falls Inside IR35 and is paying £550 per day.

Job Description:-

This is a Microsoft AI adoption and enablement role rather than a technical architecture position. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and Directors to help organisations understand, adopt and realise value from Microsoft AI technologies, including Microsoft 365 Copilot.

You will need strong knowledge of the Microsoft AI ecosystem from an adoption and user perspective, with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders on capabilities, use cases and how AI can be Embedded effectively across their organisation.

The role combines stakeholder engagement, service design, content design and business analysis with a strong focus on user adoption, enablement and organisational change.

Key skills:-

• Strong Microsoft AI adoption experience, particularly Microsoft 365 Copilot

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft AI technologies from an adoption, enablement and user perspective

• Experience identifying and developing practical AI/Copilot use cases

• Senior stakeholder management, including working directly with Directors and senior leadership teams

• Experience designing and delivering customer workshops and stakeholder sessions

• Service design and content design experience

• Strong business analysis fundamentals

• Experience supporting enablement, learning and development and Champion Network communities

• Experience driving user adoption and behavioural change around new technology

• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Self-starter who is inquisitive, proactive and comfortable working with ambiguity

• Public sector experience would be advantageous

• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required for workshops and stakeholder sessions
