About the OpportunityTrinity House Group is partnering exclusively with a mission-driven charity based in Central Birmingham to appoint a Head of Digital Transformation.This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead an organisation-wide transformation programme that will modernise systems, embed a culture of change, and strengthen the charity’s ability to deliver positive impact for the communities it serves. On offer is up to £65,000-£75,000 + package dependent on experience  The RoleAs Head of Digital Transformation, you will provide strategic leadership and oversee the design and delivery of the charity’s digital, data, and middle-office transformation agenda. You’ll lead complex programmes of work, build and inspire a new team, and act as a key driver of cultural and technological change.This is not just about implementing systems – it’s about embedding a new way of working, ensuring the organisation is future-ready and positioned to maximise its social impact.  Key Responsibilities
                            - Lead the charity’s digital transformation strategy, aligning technology, people, and processes to deliver real change.
 - Deliver a portfolio of programmes and projects with strong governance and measurable outcomes.
 - Oversee the transformation of data, middle-office, and technology platforms, ensuring they are enabling, connected, and impactful.
 - Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transformation is delivered through cultural change.
 - Build and lead a new digital transformation team, setting high standards of performance, innovation, and collaboration.
 - Act as a forward thinker and challenger, bringing fresh ideas and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
 
- A track record of strategic leadership in digital, tech, or data transformation.
 - Demonstrated success in programme management and delivery.
 - Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to win hearts and minds.
 - Experience of building and leading new teams, ideally within a transformation context.
 - The ability to balance delivery discipline with fresh, forward-thinking perspectives.
