Interim Finance Transformation Director
We are partnering with an ambitious manufacturing organisation seeking an Interim Finance Transformation Director to lead a critical period of change and help shape a best-in-class finance function.
This will focus on driving finance transformation, improving processes, strengthening controls, and delivering meaningful change across people, systems, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a finance transformation programme aligned to strategic business objectives.
- Review and optimise finance processes, controls, and operating models.
- Drive improvements across financial reporting, management information, budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency and value creation.
- Lead ERP, finance systems, and process improvement initiatives where required.
- Manage programme governance, risks, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support and develop finance teams through periods of significant change.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering successful finance transformation programmes.
- Previous experience operating at Finance Director, CFO, Transformation Director, or Programme Lead level.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at Board and Executive level.
- Experience implementing finance systems, shared services, target operating models, or process improvement initiatives.
- Manufacturing exposure with similar potions
- Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred.
