What You’ll Be Doing.

Strategic Relationship Leadership

  • Build, nurture, and expand partnerships with high-value clients across the UK.
  • Become a trusted advisor, understanding customer goals and designing tailored EV charging solutions (hardware, software & end-to-end services).
  • Own the complete customer journey — from prospecting to post-sale delivery.

Commercial Impact & Deal-Making

  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with confidence.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing & Customer Success to deliver standout solutions.
  • Drive long-term value and revenue growth across your portfolio.

EV Expertise & Market Influence

  • Be the "go-to" expert on EV charging tech, SaaS platforms, EMS/BSS systems & e-mobility trends.
  • Guide clients through cutting-edge charging hardware and software capabilities.
  • Share insights with leadership to shape UK market strategy.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years B2B sales experience (EV charging, energy tech, SaaS, mobility or infrastructure preferred).
  • Track record of working with municipalities, utilities, fleets or large commercial operators.
  • Strong understanding of EV charging software (EMS, EVC platforms, BSS).
  • Excellent communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder.
  • CRM-savvy (Salesforce is a bonus).
  • Passion for sustainability, electrification & technology.
  • Ready to travel and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
