Systems Engineer

Are you a Systems Engineer who loves tackling complex challenges and turning big ideas into real-world solutions? This role puts you front and centre of the action from design to integration, testing to customer acceptance. You won t just sit behind a desk; you ll be hands-on, collaborating across disciplines, and seeing your work come to life.

What you ll do

• Design, develop & integrate systems across the full lifecycle
• Run testing, qualification & acceptance activities
• Create & review technical docs (plans, specs, procedures)
• Collaborate with software, hardware & firmware teams
• Support R&D, product safety & reliability improvements
• Be part of customer reviews, site visits & factory acceptance events

What we re looking for

• Experience in system design, integration & test (defence sector a bonus)
• Strong understanding of the systems lifecycle
• Excellent communicator with sharp documentation skills
• Knowledge of electronics, firmware & software principles
• Degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
• UK Passport Only must be eligible for SC/DV clearance
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset(Agile/spiral development experience & professional memberships = nice to have!)
