- Lead and drive our sales function for AI-native enterprise solutions
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for enterprise clients across wholesale distribution, manufacturing, food industry, and related sectors
- Mentor and optimize performance of sales team, bringing fresh AI-first perspective
- Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth initiatives
- Build relationships with decision-makers at small to medium-sized businesses seeking operational transformation
- Identify and qualify leads in target industries (wholesale distribution, manufacturing, food industry, construction materials etc.)
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations showcasing AI-native advantages over traditional enterprise software
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for UK market with expansion potential
- Build strategic partnerships with industry associations, trade bodies, and complementary service providers
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to establish market presence
- Implement and optimize CRM systems for enhanced customer relationship management
- Leverage AI tools and modern sales technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Create data-driven sales processes, playbooks, and performance metrics
- Develop compelling sales collateral, proposals, and presentation materials
- Build case studies and testimonials from early adopter clients
- 5-8 years of sales experience specifically in B2B software, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions
- 2-3 years of sales team management and leadership experience (or demonstrable readiness for this step)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Experience with enterprise-level deal sizes and complex sales cycles
- Strong discovery and needs analysis skills with ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees
- Strong experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar - implementation and optimization)
- Understanding of enterprise software landscape (ERP, business management systems, or related solutions)
- Passionate about AI - actively using AI tools in daily work and excited about AI transformation
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical business owners
- Data analysis and sales forecasting capabilities
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing (preferred)
- Experience selling to wholesale distributors, manufacturers, food industry, construction materials, or supply chain industries strongly preferred
- Understanding of business operations, inventory management, procurement, or financial workflows is a plus
- Network in target sectors is advantageous
- Experience selling to family-owned businesses and SMEs
