Permanent Role | Progression to 360 Consultant
Start: 13th April
Bishop’s Stortford (5 days in office)
Salary: £25,000 + Uncapped Commission

DeepRec.ai (part of Trinnovo Group) is hiring ambitious individuals to join our Recruitment Academy as Recruitment Resourcers.

You’ll focus on sourcing and engaging top talent across AI, Machine Learning and Robotics, supporting high-performing consultants and building the skills to progress into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role.

What you’ll do:
• Source and engage candidates
• Build strong talent pipelines
• Screen and qualify candidates
• Map markets and support live roles
• Manage candidate relationships
• Learn the full recruitment lifecycle

What we’re looking for:
• Motivated, resilient and competitive mindset
• Strong communication skills
• No recruitment experience required
• Able to commute to Bishop’s Stortford
• Interested in long-term career progression
