Strategic Insight Automation Analytics Engineer/Business Intelligence Developer

Location: Surrey (Hybrid/Remote working possible)
Vetting: MV (fast-track 2-3 weeks) | Hours: 36/week

Contract: Until end Nov, potential extension

We are seeking a Strategic Insight Automation Analytics Engineer/BI Developer to transform, enrich, and document data to support automation and analytics initiatives. The role includes developing Blue Prism robotic processes, building semantic models, and delivering Power BI solutions, with line management responsibility for junior developers.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Blue Prism RPA development and automation workflows

• Data modelling across multiple sources in cloud/Microsoft Fabric/Lakehouse environments

• Creating, testing, and managing semantic models, warehouses, and dataflows

• Building dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI, SQL, DAX, or MDX

• Preparing, transforming, and verifying data for insights and visualization

• Strong stakeholder collaboration, business requirement gathering, and documentation

• Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills

Qualifications/Certifications: Degree in Computing, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
