IT Service Desk Analyst L2

Triumph Consultants are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to support Microsoft enterprise technologies and resolving more complex technical issues. Contract is for 6 months in Chichester.

Pay Rate: £18.44 per hour PAYE
Hours per week: 37, Monday - Friday, rotating shift between 08:00 - 18:00
Contract length: 6 months
Location: Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 1RQ

Hybrid Working after onboarding period

Key requirements:

• Approximately 2-5 years' experience within IT Service Desk, Desktop Support, Technical Support or IT Operations environments.
• Strong troubleshooting experience across Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory and endpoint technologies.
• Experience supporting user life cycle activities, identity management and access administration.
• Experience investigating and resolving technical incidents independently.
• Experience using enterprise ITSM platforms and experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Windows desktop support, Hardware and software troubleshooting, Remote support, Networking and connectivity troubleshooting

Key responsibilities:

• Provide second-line support for incidents, service requests and technical issues escalated from first-line support teams.
• Diagnose and resolve issues relating to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, device management, identity and access management, endpoint technologies and business applications.
• Work closely with resolver groups, suppliers and technical specialists to restore services and minimise business disruption.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Level 1 analysts whilst supporting service improvement activities, problem management investigations and knowledge article development.
