What We're Looking For
Engineering Leadership: Strong background in software engineering, with experience leading complex technical teams.
End-to-End Product Delivery: Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B or B2C SaaS products from inception through to growth.
Multi-Disciplinary Team Management: Ability to align diverse skill sets and methodologies across SaaS, IT, and data engineering.
Financial & Operational Expertise: Skilled in financial planning, capacity forecasting, and aligning delivery outcomes with capital and operational expenditure.
Executive Engagement: Experience presenting engineering strategies, budgets, and expected business outcomes to senior stakeholders.
