Your Mission

As a Junior Talent Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients by mapping markets, identifying top talent, and partnering with executive search teams to deliver exceptional results.

Your work will underpin strategic hiring decisions and help shape the future of recruitment for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping and research across specialist tech roles.
• Support executive search teams with candidate identification and insights.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche technical and leadership positions.
• Assist in managing recruitment processes, from initial outreach to candidate engagement.
• Provide data-driven insights and reporting to inform hiring strategies.
• Ensure a professional and positive experience for candidates and clients.
