Oracle Cloud HCM Lead - Absence & Talent

Trova is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Lead with strong experience with Absence and Talent.

- The role requires strong functional knowledge of Oracle Absence and Talent, including processes, workflows, and how the modules interact.

- The successful person should be proactive, highly organised, able to prioritise and troubleshoot, and comfortable coordinating multiple teams and partners.

- Experience with public-sector implementations would be beneficial.

- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments would be useful, particularly because the portal work is being delivered through sprints.

- Configuration skills are not essential because the Oracle team is handling the build, but candidates must understand the functional processes and be able to manage delivery across stakeholders.
