Oracle EPM Architect - PCMCS
Trova is supporting a client in Europe seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Lead/Architect to lead and deliver solutions within Oracle EPM Cloud, with a strong hands-on focus on Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS).
The ideal candidate will act as both a solution architect and hands-on delivery lead, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing PCMCS models while working closely with finance and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Act as EPM Solution Lead/Architect for Oracle EPM Cloud implementations

Design, build, and deploy PCMCS models including:

Cost and profitability allocation frameworks
-
Driver-based costing and advanced allocation logic

Scenario analysis and profitability reporting

Lead end-to-end PCMCS configuration, including:

Dimensions, rulesets, and allocation stages
-
Data integration and validation
-
Performance tuning and optimization
-

Provide hands-on development and troubleshooting within Oracle EPM Cloud

Collaborate with finance, controlling, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable EPM solutions

Ensure best practices in EPM architecture, data governance, and security

Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and go-live activities

Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to client teams
Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience as an Oracle EPM Lead/Architect

Proven hands-on expertise with Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS)

Solid understanding of costing, profitability analysis, and financial modelling

Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud components such as:

Data Management/Data Integration
-
Planning, Financial Consolidation, or related EPM modules (preferred)

Strong SQL, data modelling, and financial systems integration knowledge

Ability to work independently in a contract, fast-paced environment

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

Oracle EPM Cloud certifications

Experience working with international or Italian finance organizations

Prior experience in short-term or transformation-focused EPM engagements
