Oracle HCM Solution Architect

Trova is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect to join a leading consultancy on a long-term client project.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle Cloud HCM solution architecture and design.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and solutions.
  • Provide architectural guidance across HCM modules and integrations.
  • Ensure solutions align with Oracle best practices and project objectives.
  • Support delivery teams through implementation and deployment.

Key skills:

  • Strong Oracle Cloud HCM architecture and implementation experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, integrations and security.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Consultancy/client-facing experience.
