We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join a successful commercial vehicle business. If you're passionate about winning new business, building lasting client relationships and earning uncapped commission, this is a fantastic opportunity.
The Role- Generate new business through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal completion.
- Build and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored fleet vehicle solutions.
- Promote current campaigns and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Proven B2B or automotive sales experience (other sales backgrounds considered).
- Confident in prospecting, negotiating and closing new business.
- Target-driven, self-motivated and resilient.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Well organised with strong time management.
- Knowledge of electric vehicles is an advantage but not essential.
