Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of client relationships and drive innovation across your assigned customer base. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing account strategies that maximize revenue growth, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure long-term retention. This is a pivotal role that bridges client needs with service evolution, ensuring our offerings continually adapt and innovate to deliver outstanding value.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to deliver long-term strategic solutions.
  • Ensure client needs are thoroughly understood and consistently met.

Account Retention

  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues to maintain high retention levels.
  • Implement measures to strengthen client trust and loyalty.

Account Growth

  • Define and execute strategies to drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling within existing client organizations, including new teams or subsidiaries.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze account metrics to generate actionable insights.
  • Produce detailed reporting that informs innovation and continuous improvement for both clients and internal teams.

Commercial Performance

  • Own the financial performance of your accounts, including forecasting and growth planning.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Finance teams to manage profitability and commercial outcomes.

Solution Delivery

  • Ensure solutions and services meet client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance service delivery through continual improvement initiatives.

Client Engagement

  • Regularly meet with client teams in person to strengthen relationships and explore new opportunities.
  • Travel may include visits across the UK, Central Europe, and North America.

What my client is looking for

  • 3+ years’ experience in Account Management within IT or Digital Consultancies.
  • Strong understanding of our service offerings and the sectors we operate in.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Demonstrated success building relationships at all organizational levels, including C-suite.
  • Confident in leading and presenting technical proposals and pitches.
  • Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of pricing models, fee structures, and forecasting.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level clients, ideally within financial services, public sector, or multinational private sector organizations.
