Automation Testing Analyst

We’re working with a growing tech business building modern web-based products, and they’re looking for someone to take real ownership of automation testing within their QA function.

What you’ll be doing

• Writing and maintaining automation tests in Selenium (C#)
• Building and improving automation frameworks
• Testing new features manually before automating them
• Working closely with developers on a .NET / React stack
• Contributing to CI/CD and release quality

The split is roughly 60–70% automation / 30–40% manual

What they need

• Strong Selenium + C# experience
• Background in web application testing
• Experience with automation frameworks + CI/CD
• Comfortable working in Agile teams

If your Selenium experience is mainly in Java, this likely won’t be the right fit.

The setup

• Hybrid working (typically 1–2 days onsite)
• Mid-level role (c. 3–5+ years experience)
• Small QA team – real impact, not just execution

Process

• 1st stage (Teams)
• Online assessments
• Final on-site interview (includes practical testing)
