Business Analyst (Multiple Levels) – Permanent role
We’re hiring Business Analysts at multiple levels to join a growing technology consultancy delivering large-scale digital transformation across complex environments, including public sector programmes.
Locations: Must be based within 40 miles of either Newcastle / Leeds / Manchester (hybrid - not fixed) and comfortable travel where required.
Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 (dependent on experience and level you come at)
Security: Active SC clearance strongly preferred, or eligibility to obtain SC

What you’ll be doing
- Leading discovery activities to understand business needs, processes and systems
- Eliciting, analysing and documenting requirements (epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
- Translating complex business problems into clear, deliverable solutions
- Supporting delivery teams throughout build and testing phases
- Working in agile environments aligned to modern digital delivery standards
We’re looking for
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in digital / technology environments
- Experience working in agile teams
- Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly at all levels
- Experience in complex organisations (public sector experience highly desirable and will be prioritised)
