Digital Project Manager

• This role requires the right Digital Project Manager to work hybrid in NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE therefore, applicants should live within 90 minutes of travel to Newcastle.
• The end client is in central government so public sector experience is highly advantageous.
• Inside IR35 paying up to £500.00 per day.

My client is looking for a Digital Project Manager who can support them with an ongoing project.

The Digital Project Manager will provide day-to-day delivery support to an internal team, working across live incident management projects and ongoing supported programmes. The Digital Project Manager will work within a multidisciplinary team to manage workload, unblock issues and coordinate project integration work, ensuring delivery is made to time and where necessary, budget..

Key activities include:

• Day-to-day team and work management, including joining daily stand-ups, leading calls and unblocking issues as they arise.
• Project integration and coordination on refactoring projects.
• Stakeholder engagement across organisational boundaries, maintaining clear communication with internal teams and managing dependencies and risks on behalf of the team.
• Supporting governance and reporting requirements, ensuring the team’s work is visible and appropriately tracked across the wider programme.

Tools used daily may include Jira, MS Teams, Confluence, Miro plus others.
