Service Desk Analyst - 6 months FTC

1st Line Support / Helpdesk / Service desk Engineer - 6 month fixed term contract

TrueNorth are exclusively working with a global organisation on their search for a 1st Line Service Desk / Help Desk Engineer to join the team

You will be working closely with the existing team on supporting the circa 750 users from the Newcastle office, primarily offering service desk and desk side support to the team across both hardware and software support.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Commercial experience of 1st line support (at least 6 months)
  • Support in a Microsoft / O365 based environment
  • Strong focus on customer service as the number 1 priority above all else
  • Works well within a team

Beneficial:

  • Any 2nd line experience

The nature of the role means it is predominantly office based with some flexibility that can be planned in advance or accommodated for unavoidable events. The offices are based in Newcastle City Centre with some great amenities onsite and on the doorstep!

We have a starting salary range of 28k to 33k pro rata (dep on experience) plus an excellent benefits package
