Business Analyst
Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and developing team capability within the public sector? We're looking for someone who can not only deliver high-quality business analysis but also coach and support teams to enhance their Agile ways of working.

Rate:
Up to £450pd
Clearance Requirements
- Active SC Clearance (essential)
- British National (essential)
The Role
As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to drive successful outcomes while helping to build Agile capability across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to translate business needs into deliverable solutions.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile delivery best practices.
- Support knowledge transfer and encourage continuous improvement.
- Organise and deliver training to upskill colleagues and enhance organisational capability.
- Promote effective workload management and Agile delivery practices.
- Support teams using Azure DevOps to manage requirements, backlogs, and delivery (preferred).
- Adapt your approach to meet the needs of different teams and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Agile delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience coaching or mentoring teams and sharing best practices.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and support knowledge transfer.
- Experience organising or delivering training is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps is preferred.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to driving continuous improvement.
