We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a major public sector transformation programme, taking product ownership of a strategic enterprise data-sharing service.

This is a hands-on SFIA Level 4 role focused on modernising how legacy data is made available across the organisation, introducing modern tooling and ways of working within a complex transformation environment.

What you'll be doing:

πŸ”Ή Own and develop the product vision, roadmap and success measures for a strategic data platform

πŸ”Ή Identify, evaluate and prioritise new product use cases

πŸ”Ή Lead discovery and pathfinding activities around future organisational requirements

πŸ”Ή Work across business, architecture, data, digital and technology teams

πŸ”Ή Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders outside the immediate delivery team

πŸ”Ή Drive product adoption and identify changes required across operating models, processes, governance and ways of working

πŸ”Ή Ensure product decisions are driven by evidence, user feedback, data and measurable outcomes

πŸ”Ή Communicate product priorities, progress, risks and benefits across stakeholder groups

What we're looking for:

πŸ”Ή Previous central government experience is required and must be evidenced on your CV

πŸ”Ή Strong Product Management experience within complex transformation programmes

πŸ”Ή Experience managing data products, integration platforms or enterprise data-sharing services

πŸ”Ή Experience working with legacy data and modernisation programmes

πŸ”Ή Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams

πŸ”Ή Understanding of organisational design, operating models and service adoption

πŸ”Ή Experience developing product success metrics, adoption frameworks and approaches to measuring value

The role can be based from Blackpool, Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds or Birmingham, with travel required as part of the engagement.
