Role: Product Manager - SFIA 3 / Consultant

Rate: £310 per day - Inside IR35

Clearance: BPSS

Location: Manchester / Blackpool / Leeds - Hybrid. No minimum on-site, but must attend for key events. Infrequent travel to Manchester / Leeds may be required.

Duration: Initial 6 months with option to extend - Live Service[Anonymous]

We are looking for an experienced SFIA 3 Product Manager with strong Email Service experience to join a complex, live service delivering New Outlook rollout to tens of thousands of users.

This is a critical, high-profile rollout that has been underway since last year and will impact all colleagues across the department.

The Role:

You will manage the Email service product area through this major transformation.

Essential Experience:

• Strong understanding of Email hygiene and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• Experience with M365 / Outlook including New Outlook rollout / migration
• Understanding of user needs in a large-scale enterprise email service
• Experience working in agile, live service environments
• Central Government experience.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate complex changes to non-technical users
• Product Management experience at SFIA 3 level - managing backlogs, priorities and roadmaps

This role requires someone who understands the critical nature of email as a service and has delivered similar enterprise-scale M365 / Exchange / Outlook projects before.

• BPSS clearance required.
