🚨 Contract Opportunity – SFIA 4 Project Manager 🚨

TrueNorth are supporting a public sector consultancy with a new contract requirement for an

SFIA 4 Project Manager.

Role: Project Manager – SFIA Level 4

Rate: between £320–£375 per day, depending on experience

Start: ASAP

Clearance: Must be SC eligible and willing to undergo clearance

Location/Working pattern: Circa 60% on-site, around 3 days per week in Manchester

Travel: travel to other hubs may be required 1x per month (Blackpool, Newcastle, Leeds, London etc)

This role would suit a Project Manager with experience taking ownership of defined deliverables within larger projects, particularly where there is direct business impact and firm deadlines.

Key experience required:

• UK Central Government experience is a must - e.g. HMRC, Department for Education, DEFRA, MOJ, MOD etc.
• Proven ability to manage defined pieces of work or project deliverables through to completion
• Clear, concise communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers to build trust, manage expectations, and resolve issues
• Strong project documentation skills, including maintaining plans, risk logs, dependency logs, and related project materials
• Comfortable working in structured delivery environments with tight deadlines
