The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will be at the heart of planning, executing, and optimising Truespeed’s marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and optimise direct response campaigns for prospects, leads, and existing customers.
- Generate traffic from direct channels to sales teams for conversion
- Manage direct marketing campaigns via CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Collaborate with analytics, technology, sales, and customer support teams to achieve business goals
- Build audience segmentation strategies and develop test plans for continuous campaign optimisation
- Work with internal and external partners (e.g., design agencies, HubSpot) to drive brand, traffic, and revenue
- Deliver performance updates to stakeholders, covering activities, costs, and results
- Support customer engagement through initiatives such as affiliate programmes, referral schemes, and partnerships

The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a results-driven, data-driven marketing professional with strong CRM and campaign management expertise. About you:
- 4+ years’ experience in direct response strategy and execution (B2C/D2C preferred)
- Hands-on experience in briefing, building, and deploying campaigns in CRM systems
- Skilled in data segmentation, analytics, and surfacing actionable insights
- Experience managing external agencies, partners, and vendors
- Proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA desirable)
- Telecoms, broadband, or subscription-based business experience is advantageous
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a commercial focus
