Do you know how to get a commissioner to pick up the phone? Have you built a pipeline in adult social care from the ground up?

Our client is a supported living and domiciliary care provider in Northamptonshire, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently. They are growing, and they need someone to drive that growth.

The Role

You will own business development end to end. That means building relationships with commissioners and local authorities, pursuing new contracts, leading on tenders, and feeding into the wider growth strategy. You will have direct access to senior leadership and real influence over the direction of the business.

What We Need

  • A track record in business development within adult social care
  • Commissioner and local authority contacts, ideally across the East Midlands
  • Confidence presenting at senior level and working independently
  • Someone who cares about the quality of services, not just the numbers

What You Get

  • 45,000 to 50,000 depending on experience
  • Performance bonus
  • Remote working with regional travel
