Customer Support Engineer - Remote (CET 3h)

 

Are you a problem-solver who loves helping customers and tackling technical challenges? Join our remote-first team building a productivity platform for the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry. You'll be the bridge between our customers and engineering, shaping how we deliver reliable, high-impact solutions.

 

What you'll do:

  • Solve customer problems and provide actionable guidance
  • Debug issues across backend, frontend, and mobile, contributing fixes and improvements
  • Improve observability, runbooks, and support tools to make life easier for customers and teammates
  • Capture feedback, influence the roadmap, and reduce repeat tickets with documentation and code snippets (SQL, Python, React, shell)

 

What we're looking for:

  • SQL skills (PostgreSQL preferred) and Python and/or React/JavaScript experience
  • Hands-on experience debugging production issues with logs, metrics, or error tracking
  • Strong written communication and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
  • Bonus: Terraform, CI/CD, AWS/Azure, FastAPI, Redis, or React Native/Expo experience
