I am partnered with a very exciting InsureTech business who are looking for an experienced Data Lead to own and optimise their Data Warehousing platform, as well as managing the existing team of 3 engineers:

Their ideal candidate would have solid experience in the following areas:

• Data Warehousing (Databricks)
• Data Modelling (Medallion Arch, Facts/Dimensions)
• Azure Data Stack (DataFactory/Synapse)
• Visualisation (PowerBI)
• Coding Best Practice (Python, PySpark)
• Real-Time Processing (SQL)
• Insurance/Finance Experience
• Startup experience
• Leadership/Line Management experience.
