About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing EdTech SaaS company in a key leadership role. We are looking for a hands-on, high-impact sales leader to drive growth in the DACH region, build and scale a top-performing sales team, and establish a strong hunting culture focused on acquiring new enterprise customers.
You will lead the regional B2B sales function, define go-to-market strategy, and play a critical role in expanding enterprise partnerships across multiple industries.
What You’ll Do
- Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will take ownership of regional sales performance and team development.
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers across DACH and additional markets
- Build and embed a high-performance, new-business-focused sales culture
- Define and execute GTM strategies, sector focus, and territory plans
- Set, track, and exceed ambitious revenue targets
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales talent with structured performance frameworks
- Partner with your team on strategic opportunities and engage C-level stakeholders
- Originate and close enterprise deals with ARR of €100k+
- Represent the company at industry events and act as a brand ambassador
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales within a fast-growing tech environment, selling into the DACH market
- 3+ years in a sales leadership or team management role
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Strong experience in sales strategy, forecasting, and GTM execution
- Knowledge of modern sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC, Challenger, Value Selling, Solution Selling)
- Data-driven with experience managing KPIs and revenue pipelines
- Enterprise sales experience with deal sizes of €100k+ ARR
- Experience selling to HR or L&D teams and an executive network in DACH is a strong plus
- Thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments
