🌍 Head of B2B Sales – DACH & RoW (German Speaker)

We’re partnering with a high-growth, international EdTech SaaS organisation (part of a publicly listed global learning group) to appoint a Head of B2B Sales to lead their DACH and Rest of World commercial strategy.
This is a pivotal leadership hire at an exciting stage of expansion.
🚀 The Opportunity
This role will take full ownership of building, scaling and leading a high-performance sales team focused on new logo acquisition across the DACH region and wider international markets.
You’ll report directly to the Director of Sales and play a key role in shaping GTM strategy, driving revenue growth and embedding a strong “hunting” culture across the team.
This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of B2B Business Development Managers
- Drive new logo acquisition across DACH
- Implement territory plans and scalable GTM strategies
- Set and exceed ambitious revenue targets
- Coach and develop high-performing enterprise sales professionals
- Support complex deal cycles (£100k+ ARR)
- Partner with your team on strategic C-level opportunities
- Embed sales methodologies and performance frameworks
- Act as a senior commercial voice for the region
👤 Ideal Profile
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS (high-growth / tech-enabled environments)
- 3+ years sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of scaling and managing enterprise sales teams
- Experience selling into the DACH market
- Proficient German Language speaker (C1/C2 Level)
- Strong understanding of KPI tracking, forecasting & sales metrics
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Confident coaching teams on methodologies (MEDDICC / Challenger / Value Selling etc.)
- Ideally experience selling to HR / L&D functions
- Strong executive network within DACH is advantageous
