An AI workflow builder transforming how major financial institutions produce and validate client-ready work.

Now they’re hiring a world-class Design Lead to build and scale the entire design function from scratch.

🎯 The Opportunity

This is not a “join an established design team” role.

This is:

• Building the design function from zero

• Partnering directly with founders

• Defining how enterprise AI should look, feel, and function

You’ll shape:

• Product UX across complex AI workflows

• System design + scalable design systems

• Visual identity across product, marketing, and brand

• End-to-end design execution - research to pixel-perfect UI

• Design operations that scale with hypergrowth

🧠 What They’re Looking For

• 6+ years in product design (strong B2B SaaS / technical product experience)

• AI product experience is highly desirable

• Ability to turn deep technical complexity into intuitive UX

• Proven experience shipping fast with engineering teams

• A strong, opinionated aesthetic - balanced with collaboration

• Excellent storytelling and communication skills

• Someone ambitious enough to want to build a generational company
