We’re partnering with one of the world’s leading EdTech platforms to hire a Product Manager focused on Monetisation — a role sitting at the heart of a high-impact B2C growth team.
This is not a feature factory role. You’ll own the monetisation strategy end-to-end — from pricing and packaging to experimentation and conversion.
💡 What you’ll be doing:
- Own and evolve the free vs premium experience
- Drive A/B testing at scale to improve conversion and retention
- Define and optimise pricing & packaging across iOS, Android & Web
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data & Marketing
- Identify high-impact problems and execute with speed and clarity
✅ We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3–5 years Product Management experience in a B2C product
- Comes from a subscription / consumer app environment
- Has hands-on experience running experimentation programmes (A/B testing)
- Is data fluent (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker or similar)
- Thrives in agile, fast-paced environments
- Can influence cross-functional teams without authority
- Is commercially minded — understands what makes users pay and stay
