Product Manager – (SC + NPPV3 Clearance Required)

Location: Hybrid in Croydon, 2 days onsite p/w

Rate: Up to £520/day (Inside IR35)

Clearance: Active SC + NPPV3

Our client is hiring an experienced Product Manager for a critical public sector engagement supporting national infrastructure. This is a high-impact role within a regulated and secure environment, and we’re looking for someone who can navigate complex challenges with clarity and drive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product development in a secure, regulated environment—ideally within CNI or the public sector.
• Apply Agile methodologies and user-centred design to deliver intuitive, effective solutions.
• Use data and performance metrics to inform product decisions and prioritise value-driven outcomes.
• Engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, adapting communication styles as needed.
• Ensure compliance with managed change processes and strict security protocols.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven product management experience in complex, secure environments.
• Deep understanding of CNI, security standards, and risk management .
• Strong command of Agile delivery and user-focused design.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Confident and adaptable stakeholder communication skills.
