Sales Development Representative

Okay this is isn't an SDR role, its a recruitment role, but they are very similar and I wanted your attention

If you want to build a great career, work in sales or recruitment

Not because it’s easy.

Because it forces you to grow.

Sales teaches you the skills most people avoid developing.

How to communicate properly.

How to handle rejection without flinching.

How to listen.

How to influence.

How to manage your emotions when there’s pressure.

Confidence. Resilience. Commercial awareness.

Those skills compound for life.

That’s why we built our Recruitment Academy at Trust in SODA (part of Trinnovo Group).

It’s not for everyone.

It’s for competitive people.

People who want their income linked to performance.

People who don’t want to sit around waiting for progression.

You don’t need recruitment experience.

You need drive. Coachability. The ability to hear “no” and go again.

From day one, you’ll learn the full 360 side of recruitment — winning new business, building relationships, negotiating deals. It’s sales at its core, in fast-moving tech markets.

You’ll be based in our Old Street office, five days a week.

Salary starts at £28,000 but with a clear salary plan on how to get to £50,000

Also you get up to 50% commission

If you make 1 hire, you get between £1,000 and £5,000 commission

Yes, the money’s good if you perform.

But the real win?

The person you become in the process.
