You will own 2–3 enterprise customers end-to-end.

What you will actually do
- Lead multi-country rollouts for large industrial client
- Drive measurable P&L impact across pricing, portfolio, and sales workflows
- Manage 1–2 junior hires as the team scales
- Work directly with founders
- Translate customer insight into product direction
- Split your time across customers, product, and internal leadership
Within 12 months, you will fully own multiple enterprise accounts, have strong executive relationships, and be able to point to clear commercial impact you personally drove.
