Senior Delivery Consultant – Technology (Embedded Solutions)

London (Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days WFH)

Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Commission

Trust in Soda (part of Trinnovo Group) is growing its Embedded Hiring Solutions (EHS) team in London, and we’re looking for experienced recruiters who want to transition into a more delivery-focused role, without sacrificing earnings or progression.

This position is ideal for someone who loves candidate engagement, filling roles, and building relationships, but wants to step away from cold business development and instead work on warm, established client accounts.

You’ll be embedded into key client partnerships, acting as an extension of their internal hiring function, delivering permanent technology hires across Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps and Data.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver permanent hires across embedded client accounts
• Build and manage pipelines of high-quality tech candidates
• Own the full candidate lifecycle from qualification to offer
• Work closely with hiring managers as part of an embedded model
• Manage interviews, feedback, and offer processes
• Run targeted sourcing campaigns and talent mapping
• Contribute to account growth through strong delivery and stakeholder engagement

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a 360 recruiter, delivery consultant or Talent Partner within technology
• A strong track record of placing candidates (perm or contract)
• Someone who enjoys delivery and wants to focus more on that side
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, headhunting)
• Confidence working with clients and managing stakeholders
• Experience hiring internationally is a plus – particularly across Europe
• Exposure to embedded/RPO/EHS models is beneficial but not essential
