You'll be responsible for designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions that enhance business processes and user experiences, working closely with stakeholders, development teams, and automation specialists to drive innovation across customer platforms.

Their ideal candidate would be experienced in:

• ServiceNow Architecture & Solution Design

• ITSM, ITOM, HRSD

• ServiceNow Integrations & Custom Applications

• JavaScript, HTML, CSS

• Technical Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• ServiceNow CAD/CIS Certifications (preferred)
