Product Marketing Manager – HIRING ASAP Start date: ASAPDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: RemoteRate: £400 – £550 per day PAYE Summary: This person will be responsible for driving successful market entry and accelerating growth across international markets for our growing portfolio of wearables. They will serve as the central lead for global expansion initiatives—owning go-to-market strategy, execution, and performance in partnership with regional and cross-functional stakeholders. To be successful, the candidate will bring a combination of strategic vision, exceptional communication skills, a collaborative mindset, analytical acumen, and hardware and/or software product launch experience, having worked in highly cross-functional, dynamic environments built to move fast, ruthlessly prioritize, and pivot quickly as needed to incubate future technologies.Skills:
  • 8+ years’ experience in strategic marketing, product marketing management or product management, within technology, internet technology, or management consulting
  • Combination of strategic product marketing experiences and hands-on tactical execution
  • Experience with customer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experience delivering product launch results with internal and external partners including product, sales, marketing, comms, partnerships, legal and policy.
  • PMM experience within hardware at Meta or Apple/google/ Amazon (launching iphone, google nest etc)
  • International work expanding the product in different countries.
  • Strategic background - strategic go to market strategy and market nuance experience.
  • Operational excellence and process improvements
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with research teams to gather market, category, channel, and audience insights to inform launch and growth tactics for a specific market.
  • Drive momentum across global teams including regional marketing, product, ops, sales, legal, policy, and channel partners to ensure all elements of GTM are aligned and ready ahead of a market launch or expansion initiative.
  • Define prioritization, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics across a range of cross-functional business initiatives to achieve sales and engagement / retention.
  • Own and operationalize a clear go-to-market strategy for new market launches, bringing a clear point of view to the team, and informing strategic decisions and tradeoffs
  • Identify and burn down bottlenecks, test new approaches, and double down on what works to scale our footprint across key international markets.
