Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum
We're looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Owner to lead the delivery of enterprise-scale technology solutions for a major UK organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to shape large-scale digital transformation, work with senior stakeholders, and make a measurable impact across a complex and fast-paced environment.
As the voice of the customer, you'll own the product vision from strategy through to delivery — defining roadmaps, driving cross-functional collaboration, and managing an annual capital spend of £1m–£3m. You'll work closely with Technology Architects, Business Partners, and Service Managers to balance technical and functional priorities, ensuring every solution is fit for purpose and future-ready.
This role sits at the heart of innovation, blending strategy, delivery, and technology leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and deliver outcome-driven product roadmaps based on customer and business needs
• Lead the planning and execution of new products and continuous improvements
• Manage both internal and supplier teams to deliver high-quality results on time
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align technology delivery with strategic objectives
• Oversee capital planning and prioritisation of spend between £1m–£3m
• Collaborate with business change, service, and crisis response teams to resolve issues and optimise delivery
• Support the growth and capability of wider technology teams
Qualifications and Experience
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Owner in a large enterprise environment
• Strong background in product management, technology development, or systems analysis
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills up to Director level
• Experience working in matrix organisations and managing supplier relationships
• Skilled in Agile delivery within complex enterprise settings
• Degree-level education and relevant professional qualifications preferred
• Experience in one or more of: Commercial Systems, Airport Operational Systems, APIs & Data, Enterprise Back Office, or Infrastructure

• Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum
• Bonus: Target bonus of 12.5% of salary, with the potential to earn up to 25%, based on individual and company performance
